We will progress movements taught in the foundational class and work on dynamic stabilization. Hips & Core
Our core is the foundation of our movements, and our hips are our powerhouse. This 3-month course focuses on both strong hips and core through functional exercises. this is great for those who want to be stronger in their daily activities - whether that's moving well at home, the gym, or in your sports and activities.
